By intentionally cranking up the intensity of these empowering emotions to at least 7/10, you can anchor them to a specific body movement, such as squeezing your left hand. Repeat this practice every morning and revive the experience throughout the day by squeezing your left hand for 2 minutes in the afternoon and evening. With consistent practice for 21 days, this empowering state becomes ingrained.
